Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 placed online only. Free shipping does not apply to team orders.

Order value must total $100 or more before services, taxes, and shipping & handling. Savings are automatically applied at checkout. Offer is limited to standard ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses. Excludes bulk orders and drop ships. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Does not apply to prior purchases or open orders. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. May not be used toward purchase of team orders. Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All in stock orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days from completion of order. You will be informed of any out of stock items within 1 business day. For domestic orders, the shipping transit time is 1-5 business days based on your location. Shipments will always be made by the fastest, least expensive means possible. The customer will assume any additional expense required to expedite delivery.

Please ask a Shirts & Skins associate about purchasing additional insurance for your order. Shirts & Skins is not responsible for any damages that occur from lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages handled through any shipping carrier.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

Returns and exchanges

For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 30 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition. Please contact retail@shirtsandskinsinc.com for all order and return inquiries. Return inquiries must be made within 5 business days of order receipt. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue.

Shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to Shirts & Skins are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Shirts & Skins will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue to retail@shirtsandskinsinc.com.

All closeout items, discounted and promotional merchandise are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

Team Orders

A 50% deposit is required on all screen print or sublimation orders prior to production. The balance payment with freight charges is due prior to shipping. If you are in a rush, we suggest a full payment to be made at the time of placing your order. 

We cannot process a team order until artwork has been finalized. 

The turnaround time for screen printing is about 10-14 working days after artwork has been approved and garments have been selected. The turnaround time for sublimation is about 4 weeks after artwork has been approved and garments have been selected. 

Please also take into account of the shipping transit time to your location. We tend to stretch our lead-time during the peak of basketball season (September-November). Please order early!

FIT REFERENCE GUIDE

Slim: A contoured fit that is snug to the body, providing the perfect amount of movement within the garment.

Regular: Slightly bigger than slim, providing a comfortable but tailored look.

Relaxed: True relaxed and generous fit. Not close to the body or tailored in appearance.

To enhance the appearance of your team and extend the life of your uniform, we recommend the following.

Cleaning & Storing Procedures:

Garments should be washed separately before initial use.

For best results and maximum wear, uniforms should be laundered immediately after each game.

Garments that cannot be cleaned promptly after wearing should be hung individually on rust proof hangers or hooks.

Perspiration fading may occur if wet garments are left in a pile.

Do not wash white and colored garments together.

Wash all garments in cold water. All garments should be rinsed in cold water.

The water level in the washing machine should be kept high to hold down mechanical action. Only when uniforms are extremely soiled should the water level be lowered to increase mechanical action.

Avoid overloading the machine as this causes shrinkage and impedes the cleaning process.

Use an antistatic agent, especially on garments to be tumble dried, to minimize lint attraction and spark discharge.

Never use a chlorine bleach on any garments as it fades colors and weakens some materials.

For best results, garments should be hung to drip dry.

When tumble drying, use the lowest temperature or "air" setting.

Remove garments promptly from dryer.

Do not dry clean your uniforms.

Garments should be completely dry before storing.

Store uniforms in a cool, dry area protected from sunlight and fluorescent light. This will prevent Mildew & Yellowing.
